MARKETS
One very well known tradition in Spain is the local outdoor market. These are often held weekly and are an integral part of Spanish life. You will normally find fresh fruit and vegetables, dried fish, cured meats, a large selection of clothes and shoes along with toys, pictures and many other household items.
It is a great way of meeting the local people, sampling some of the local produce and practising your new found language skills.
